Tim uses his mastery of several massage techniques along with his deep knowledge of anatomy, and kinesiology to assess and treat a wide variety of issues.  With 20 years of experience Tim can address areas of muscle imbalance and dysfunction.  Tim can then provide pathways for you to improve your disorders or imbalances that can reverse symptoms pain and injury.

Our Philosophy

At My Health Ways, we believe in combining holistic principles with the latest scientific discoveries of the musculoskeletal system to optimize our health, reduce pain or maintain our health.   Our philosophy is centered around providing a safe and comfortable environment where our clients can relax and rejuvenate their body and mind through massage therapy.

About Tim

Tim has a degree in Kinesiology with a certificate to teach Health and P.E., is a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 20 years, with over 10,000 massages. He started his career at the Florida College of Natural Health and completed a Medical Massage Program at the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy. He worked as  a Licensed Massage Therapist in Florida for 7 years before moving back to Pennsylvania where he received his degree From West Chester University.

Tim is passionate about holistic health,  fitness, and serving the community. Tim has worked with and continues to work with medical doctors, chiropractors, psychologists, and physical therapists to help restore and heal people in pain.
